The WHITE RABBITS concept is to allow people who missed the registration deadline to join the BLC. This team will accept members at any time during the round. Hence - "I'm late! I'm late!" taken from Alice in Wonderland's White Rabbit!
Because there is a complex spreadsheet that calculates each person's weight loss, percentage of weight lost, team standings, and overall standings, we don't do this for the White Rabbit Team because changing that is complicated and a lot of work for our Master gurus!
The White Rabbits Team will help you become familiar with the BLC as a whole and will allow you to work on your goals.by having daily activities and challenges while waiting to join the regular portion of BLC when the next round comes around. You will have the same important support of other team members and participate in many of the challenges and activities that are done on our "regular" teams.
The only difference is that our weights won't be figured in on the Master Spreadsheet! However, there is a place to keep track of your weekly weigh in results and awards for those that have the biggest loss and steady shrinker awards along with weekly challenges and accomplishments too, if you're ready to accept them.
Another perk of joining after registration is closed is, as a member of the BLC, members are given first choices of open teams. Some teams fill up fast and it's important to list your choices when you see the announcement come out a couple weeks near the end of a round.
Before we begin, we want to let you know how excited we are to be on this journey with you! These next weeks will be a challenge, but we're all here to support, encourage, and PUSH each other. Let's JUST DO IT!
